Tina Knowles, the mother of Beyonce, has filed for divorce from her second husband, actor Richard Lawson, after eight years of marriage. Tina, 69, submitted the paperwork on Wednesday, July 26, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for the split, according to TMZ. The documents obtained by the publication list the date of separation as Tuesday, July 25. In the paperwork, Tina also requests ‘to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support’ to Richard, 76, or herself.
